  1. Process payment and settlement transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling large volumes of transactions.
  3. Monitor and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies in transactions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial markets to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
  6. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  10. Meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  11. Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on payment and settlement processes and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues to management.
  14. Handle any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Payment And Settlements Operations.

  • Knowledge Of Various Payment Systems, Such As Swift, Chips, And Fedwire.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Global Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail.
