  4. Utilize your technical expertise to evaluate and recommend innovative solutions that will enhance the company's IT infrastructure and operations.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against established goals and objectives.
  6. Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department, and champion the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  9. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's IT transformation strategy.
