  1. Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization's technology systems and data from cyber threats.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security risks and gaps in the organization's IT infrastructure.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT security and risk management to ensure that the organization's security protocols are in line with best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address security concerns and vulnerabilities.
  5. Lead and manage a team of IT security professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the organization's technology systems are secure and compliant.
  6. Oversee the implementation of security controls and procedures, ensuring they are effective and aligned with industry standards.
  7. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization can respond effectively to potential security incidents.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  9. Work with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to assess and manage third-party security risks.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT security and risk management, providing guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders on IT security and risk management initiatives, issues, and progress.
  12. Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance by providing training and resources to employees on IT security best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In It Security And Technology Risk Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Cobit.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of It Security Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
