- Oversee and manage the company's incentive compensation programs, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards for all incentive compensation processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on incentive compensation accounting, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments.
- Analyze and interpret incentive compensation data to identify trends and potential issues, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in incentive compensation practices.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to incentive compensation, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to incentive compensation, and provide insights to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes and best practices related to incentive compensation accounting, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on incentive compensation accounting processes and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Incentive Compensation Accounting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Principles.
Experience With Incentive Compensation Systems, Such As Xactly Or Calliduscloud.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
