Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Head - US Wholesale Credit Risk to join the State Street team. In this position, you will lead the US Wholesale Credit Risk team and play a key role in the development of our US Wholesale Credit Risk strategy, risk management framework and policies.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of financial services and wholesale credit risk management, with a proven track record of developing and leading high performing teams. You should have an excellent understanding of credit risk analysis, credit portfolio management and credit risk policy development, as well as a thorough knowledge of US federal and state regulations, and industry best practices. You must also have the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.We are looking for a leader with the ability to build relationships across all levels and departments, foster collaboration and be a strategic thinker capable of translating the department’s vision and strategy into action.If you meet these qualifications and have a passion for leading and developing high performing teams, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the US Wholesale Credit Risk team and develop the US Wholesale Credit Risk Strategy.
  2. Manage and monitor credit risk exposure and develop risk management framework and policies.
  3. Analyze and interpret credit risk analysis, credit portfolio management and credit risk policy development.
  4. Ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations, and industry best practices.
  5. Drive change and influence stakeholders across all levels and departments.
  6. Foster collaboration and develop team strategy and vision into action.
  7. Build relationships with stakeholders and manage performance of team.
