
Head of North America Consultant Relations
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of North America Consultant Relations to join our team at State Street. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants in the North American region. To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive and creative relationship builder with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate for this position will have 7+ years of relevant experience in a financial services organization, deep knowledge of the North American consultant landscape and a proven track record of success in relationship management. Additionally, you must be able to show excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and analytically. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants in the North American region.
- Proactively build strong relationships with consultants and other key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
- Analyze the North American consultant landscape to identify new opportunities and develop relationships.
- Establish and maintain a network of contacts in the financial services industry.
- Provide leadership and support to the team in order to achieve desired objectives.
- Negotiate with consultants on the terms and conditions of engagements.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the progress and success of initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on the progress of initiatives.
