Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and highly strategic Global Head of ETF Sales Strategy to join the State Street team. You will be responsible for leading the global ETF sales strategy and overseeing the entire sales organization. You will also be directly responsible for driving market share and positioning State Street’s ETF products to key global clients.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the ETF space, including roles in sales, strategy, and product management. You will have excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. You must also possess a strong understanding of the ETF industry, and be able to effectively build relationships with diverse stakeholders.If you have a passion for developing new business and leading a sales team to success, we are looking for you! Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a global ETF sales strategy to drive market share and position State Street’s ETF products to key global clients.
  2. Oversee the entire sales organization and ensure alignment with global ETF sales strategy.
  3. Analyze current industry trends and customer profiles to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  4. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  5. Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Develop comprehensive sales reports and presentations to track progress and communicate results to senior management.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  8. Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
  9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
