Job Description

At State Street, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a GHR Equity Administrator.   1. Manage the equity compensation program for all employees, including grants, vesting, exercises, and other equity-related transactions.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  3. Maintain and update equity records, including equity grants, terminations, and changes in ownership.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement equity programs and processes.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to equity compensation.
  6. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equity-related information.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy of equity records.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to equity administration.
  9. Monitor and analyze equity trends and provide recommendations for program improvements.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to equity compensation.
  11. Assist with the preparation and distribution of equity-related communications and educational materials.
  12. Train and educate employees and managers on equity programs and processes.
  13. Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting of equity-related information.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information related to equity compensation.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Equity Administration Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Equity Plan Design, Administration, And Compliance.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Equity Administration Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Confidential Information.
