Job Description

As a GCD Client Analyst at State Street, you will play an integral role in delivering client servicing and operational excellence. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and operational support, and for developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clients’ needs are met.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years’ experience in a client service or operational role. Additionally, you should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to think analytically and critically. A strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional client service and operational support.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met.
  4. Analyze and evaluate client data and provide insights and recommendations.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Assist with the onboarding of new clients.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve client queries and issues.
  8. Monitor client performance and suggest areas of improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documents.
  10. Participate in client meetings and provide feedback.
