
Executive Administration Assistant

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events.
- Monitor and track expenses, prepare expense reports, and reconcile credit card statements.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests directed to executives.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on projects and tasks.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Executive Assistant Role.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Maintain A High Level Of Professionalism.
