Employee Relations Consultant
State Street is looking for an experienced and motivated Employee Relations Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a consultant to our HR teams in providing guidance on employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing effective solutions to employee issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, labor relations, and/or employee relations, as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant to HR teams on employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide effective solutions to employee issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
- Analyze employee relations data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Investigate employee complaints and grievances and provide resolution steps.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Coach and counsel employees on workplace issues and conflicts.
- Facilitate training sessions for management on employee relations topics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
