  1. Develop and maintain a data architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Design and implement innovative solutions using Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  4. Analyze and visualize complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Continuously improve data processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics and visualization trends and tools.
  7. Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
  8. Train and mentor team members on data analytics and Power BI best practices.
  9. Communicate complex data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Lead the development and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports.
  11. Monitor and troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of data sources and systems.
  13. Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI and data analytics within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical And Analytical Skills: A Data Analytics/ Power Bi Architect At State Street Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Analytics And Visualization Concepts, As Well As Experience With Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Power Bi. They Should Also Have The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Insights.

  • Experience In Data Architecture And Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Data Architecture Solutions, Including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, And Data Pipelines. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Modeling And Data Governance Principles.

They Should Also Have The Ability To Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
