  1. Develop, implement and maintain robust identity and access management processes and procedures to ensure the security of State Street's systems and sensitive information.
  2. Lead and manage the identity governance team, providing guidance, training and support to team members.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and proactively address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in identity governance practices across the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends, and make recommendations for enhancements to State Street's security protocols.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all identity governance related issues and escalations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the effectiveness of identity governance processes and tools.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the status of identity governance initiatives and identify any potential risks or issues.
  9. Lead incident response efforts related to identity governance breaches or incidents, working closely with IT and cyber security teams to contain and resolve the issue.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of identity governance practices.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to identity governance.
  12. Mentor and train junior members of the team to develop their skills and knowledge in the area of identity governance.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all identity governance processes, procedures, and incidents.
  14. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay current on State Street's policies, procedures, and systems.
  15. Promote a culture of cyber security awareness and best practices throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cyber Security, With A Focus On Identity Governance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles, Tools, And Technologies.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Cyber Security Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Identity Governance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field. Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp Or Cism May Also Be Required.
