Counterparty Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Counterparty Onboarding Specialist to join our team at State Street. As a Counterparty Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes related to the onboarding of new counterparty clients adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements. You will also be tasked with developing and enhancing existing counterparty onboarding processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements of different jurisdictions and industries, as well as an ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Responsibilities:

• Ensure all onboarding processes of new counterparty clients adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. • Develop and enhance existing counterparty onboarding processes. • Monitor counterparty activities and provide feedback on any potential risks or issues. • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new counterparty clients. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements of different jurisdictions and industries. • Provide support to other team members in the onboarding process. • Respond to counterparty inquiries and provide advice on onboarding processes. • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist in the development of training materials to ensure team members are aware of all onboarding processes. • Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure compliance with regulations.
