  1. Oversee and manage the Corporate Audit team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
  3. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in company operations.
  4. Develop and implement strategic solutions to address identified issues.
  5. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on audit findings and recommendations.
  6. Lead and mentor team members to maintain a high level of performance and professional development.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to compliance and risk management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in corporate audit.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other departments in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
  11. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of audit findings.
  13. Make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  14. Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Corporate Audit: The Managing Director Must Possess A Strong Background In Corporate Audit, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Audit Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Industry Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Sox, Gaap, And Sec Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As The Head Of The Corporate Audit Team, The Managing Director Must Have Exceptional Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team, And Provide Strategic Direction And Guidance.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires A Highly Analytical And Detail-Oriented Individual With Strong Problem-Solving Skills. The Managing Director Must Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Managing Director Will Be Required To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Regulators, And External Auditors.
