Job Description

State Street is looking for an experienced and motivated Collateral Management Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Collateral Management team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all collateral activity. The ideal candidate must possess a strong analytical background and be comfortable working within a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily collateral activity and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
  2. Evaluate and analyze collateral requirements and leverage risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Communicate effectively and efficiently with all team members and other departments.
  5. Generate accurate reports and provide detailed analysis of collateral data.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with collateral transactions.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency.
  8. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant market trends and regulations.
  10. Stay current on industry and market developments.
