  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing timely and accurate updates on progress and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documents for successful implementation of new clients.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
  5. Utilize in-depth knowledge of financial services to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  6. Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure a smooth and seamless implementation process.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
  8. Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients on the progress and success of their implementation.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services to clients.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and implementation processes.
  14. Handle client escalations with professionalism and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Implementation And Service Roles Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Securities Lending, Custody, And Fund Accounting.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With Experience In Managing Multiple Client Implementations Simultaneously.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Aml And Kyc.
