Welcome to State Street, a leading global financial services provider. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Alpha TIER Integration Services team. This role is a key contributor in driving the integration and enhancement of our Alpha TIER platform, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.   1. Work closely with the Alpha TIER Integration Services team to drive the integration and enhancement of our Alpha TIER platform.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Analyze complex business processes and systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather all necessary information for project planning and execution.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies to continuously improve and innovate our systems and processes.
  8. Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  10. Identify potential risks and issues and provide proactive recommendations and solutions to mitigate them.
  11. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of expectations.
  12. Continuously monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  13. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and standards for business analysis.
  15. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable solutions that meet business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
