  1. Oversee and manage the regulatory reporting process for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure all reports are accurate and timely.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reporting.
  4. Communicate and coordinate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding regulatory reporting.
  5. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and update reporting processes accordingly.
  6. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for regulatory reporting.
  7. Analyze data and identify any potential issues or discrepancies in regulatory reporting.
  8. Work closely with the technology team to ensure reporting systems are functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Train and mentor team members on regulatory reporting processes and procedures.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on regulatory compliance and any identified risks.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all regulatory reporting activities.
  12. Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in regulatory reporting processes.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across all regulatory reporting.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regulatory reporting.
  15. Represent the company in regulatory audits and examinations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Regulatory Reporting Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Standards, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Ccar.

  • Experience With Axiom Regulatory Reporting Software.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Communicate Findings Effectively.
