Alts Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, for State Street’s Alternative Investment products.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and internal policies and procedures.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
4. Develop and maintain internal control procedures and systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance of assigned portfolios and provide timely reporting to management.
6. Perform ad hoc analysis and research to support strategic decision making.
7. Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline and improve efficiency.
8. Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requests.
9. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
