  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing recommendations, and assisting with any concerns or issues.
  3. Share knowledge and information about Virginia's history, culture, and attractions to enhance the visitor experience.
  4. Keep up-to-date with current events, activities, and attractions in Virginia to effectively promote them to visitors.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized visitor services area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  6. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and coordinated visitor experience.
  8. Respond promptly to visitor feedback and address any complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the visitor experience.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on policies, procedures, and resources to effectively perform duties.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports of visitor interactions and transactions.
  12. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and data entry.
