Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of Virginia.
Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Traffic Engineering.
Proficient In Traffic Engineering Software Such As Synchro, Vissim, And Hcs.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Transportation Regulations And Standards.
