- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of surveillance activities and findings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest surveillance techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding surveillance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Provide support in emergency situations and participate in emergency response exercises.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates and exchange information.
- Act as a representative of the state of Virginia and uphold a positive image in all interactions.
- Remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or behavior.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Surveillance Or Law Enforcement.
Familiarity With State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Surveillance And Privacy.
Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
