  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees in various departments and positions.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually, to educate employees on policies, procedures, and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  4. Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online modules.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  7. Work closely with human resources to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory training requirements.
  8. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including securing trainers, booking facilities, and managing logistics.
  9. Maintain accurate records of employee training and track progress and completion.
  10. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and support to help employees reach their full potential.
  11. Communicate with employees and managers to gather feedback and suggestions for future training programs.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training programs with organizational goals and values.
  13. Manage the budget for training programs, including identifying cost-effective options and tracking expenses.
  14. Continuously assess and improve training processes and procedures to enhance the overall training experience.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Training Or Employee Development Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Facilitate Trainings And Workshops.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With A Diverse Workforce.
