- Develop and execute software testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify potential issues or risks.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Utilize industry standard testing tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior software testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to continuously improve the testing process.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify and implement solutions for complex testing challenges.
- Participate in the software development life cycle to provide input on design and functional requirements, and ensure quality standards are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In A Government Or Large-Scale Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And The Ability To Identify And Report Defects.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
