  18. Act as a subject matter expert for revenue cycle management and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  19. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges to project success.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance revenue cycle performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management Or Healthcare Finance.

  • Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Billing And Collections.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With Experience In Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements.
