Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Academic Advising Or Student Retention Programming.
Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Policies Related To Higher Education And Student Success.
Proven Ability To Track And Analyze Data And Use It To Inform Retention Strategies And Interventions.
