  1. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and oversee various programs and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program goals and objectives and ensure they align with the overall mission of the State of Virginia.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program.
  4. Monitor and track program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful completion.
  5. Lead and supervise a team of program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  6. Communicate program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and citizens.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Business Management, Public Administration, Information Technology)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale And Complex Projects

  • Knowledge Of State Government Processes And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Government Agencies And/Or Contracts.
