Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Or Customer Service Related Role.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data.
Knowledge Of Patient Satisfaction Surveys And Experience In Analyzing And Reporting On Survey Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.
