  1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing cases and projects.
  2. Prepare and organize legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
  3. Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Manage and maintain case files, including organizing and filing documents, and tracking deadlines and court dates.
  5. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and other appointments for attorneys.
  8. Prepare and submit legal documents to courts, agencies, and other parties.
  9. Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources.
  10. Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
  11. Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  12. Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  13. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses.
  14. Collaborate with other paralegals and legal staff to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Government Agency.
