- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing cases and projects.

- Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and maintain case files, including organizing and filing documents, and tracking deadlines and court dates.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and other appointments for attorneys.
- Prepare and submit legal documents to courts, agencies, and other parties.
- Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses.
- Collaborate with other paralegals and legal staff to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Government Agency.
Strong Understanding Of Virginia State Laws And Legal Procedures.
Proficient In Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, And Managing Case Files.
