Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to our team.   1. Oversee and manage all office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  2. Maintain and update office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  5. Prepare and distribute important documents and reports for various stakeholders.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of office activities, expenses, and inventory.
  7. Assist with budget management and tracking of office expenses.
  8. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  10. Collaborate with team members to plan and implement office events and activities.
  11. Communicate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  12. Act as a liaison between management and staff, relaying important information and addressing concerns.
  13. Proactively identify and solve any office-related issues or challenges.
  14. Train and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve office processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
