Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Active License To Practice Law In The State Of Virginia
At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Attorney, Preferably In Criminal Or Civil Law
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Court Procedures
