In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the management of all incidents within our organization.   1. Coordinate and oversee the management of all incidents within the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive incident management plans and procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, citizens, and external agencies, regarding incident response and management.
  4. Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all incident-related communications and updates.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a timely and effective response to incidents.
  7. Conduct regular training and drills to prepare employees for potential incidents.
  8. Keep up-to-date with emergency management best practices and recommend updates to existing procedures as needed.
  9. Act as a liaison with external agencies and organizations during incidents.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with local emergency management personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and response activities.
  12. Facilitate post-incident debriefings and implement lessons learned to continually improve incident management processes.
  13. Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to test and improve incident management plans.
  14. Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to emergency management.
  15. Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated response to incidents.
  16. Handle any other duties related to incident management as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Or Emergency Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Incident Management Or Emergency Response, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Incident Management Best Practices, Including Incident Response Frameworks And Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Manage Multiple Stakeholders During An Incident.

  • Experience With Incident Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Incident Tracking Systems And Communication Platforms.
