- Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Effectively Manage A Variety Of Hr Tasks, Such As Recruitment, Benefits Administration, And Employee Relations.
