Bachelor's Degree In Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Food Service Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Operation.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Compliance.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
