  1. Provide administrative support to executive-level staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate communication between various departments and external stakeholders.
  5. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  7. Assist with budget management and tracking expenses.
  8. Attend meetings and take detailed notes, distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives.
  10. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
  11. Train and supervise junior administrative staff, if applicable.
  12. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  13. Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with visitors and callers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and following ethical standards.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by executive-level staff.
