  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring all processes and procedures are running smoothly.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to ensure a high level of performance and employee engagement.

  10. Act as a liaison between different departments to promote collaboration and ensure effective communication.
  11. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in operations management and implement them as appropriate.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Represent the organization at external events and meetings as needed.
  15. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Large Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Budgeting, Financial Management, And Procurement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
