- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding the facility's operations, including inmate population, incidents, and staffing.

- Adhere to all state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to corrections and law enforcement.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Corrections Or Law Enforcement Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Capacity.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Corrections Laws, Policies, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
