  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  2. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  4. Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
  5. Monitor and maintain quality control of all prepared food items.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  7. Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any issues or concerns.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating kitchen equipment.
  9. Continuously strive to improve and develop new menu items and recipes.
  10. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting patrons with their orders.
  11. Be knowledgeable about all menu items and able to make recommendations to customers.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
  14. Take initiative to ensure that the kitchen is always well-stocked and prepared for service.
  15. Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic at all times.

Job Qualifications
