  10. Uphold the integrity of the gaming industry in Virginia by ensuring fair and responsible gaming practices are followed.
  11. Represent the state of Virginia in any legal proceedings related to casino compliance.
  12. Serve as a resource for the public to address any questions or concerns related to casino compliance.
  13. Act as a liaison between the state government and the gaming industry to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Gaming Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.

  • Proven Ability To Conduct Thorough Investigations And Audits, And To Effectively Document And Report Findings.
