  1. Develop and maintain relationships with students and alumni to understand their needs and career goals.
  2. Plan and execute career development programs, workshops, and events that cater to the needs of students and alumni.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and industry professionals to identify and secure career opportunities for students and alumni.
  4. Utilize various platforms and resources to connect students and alumni with job postings, internships, and networking opportunities.
  5. Conduct one-on-one career advising sessions for students and alumni, providing guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
  6. Create and distribute career-related resources and materials for students and alumni, such as job search guides and alumni success stories.
  7. Utilize data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of career development programs and make necessary improvements.
  8. Serve as a liaison between students, alumni, and potential employers, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all parties.
  9. Actively engage with alumni to foster a sense of community and encourage their involvement in career development initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in career development to provide relevant and valuable support to students and alumni.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote career advancement and alumni engagement initiatives through various channels.
  12. Support the overall goals and mission of the institution by contributing to the success of students and alumni in their professional journeys.
