  1. Perform regular maintenance tasks on various buildings within the State of Virginia, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  2. Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair.
  3. Respond quickly and efficiently to any maintenance requests or emergencies.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on buildings.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for building maintenance.
  8. Keep up-to-date with new developments and techniques in building maintenance to continually improve service quality.
  9. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and contractors as needed to complete larger projects.
  10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with citizens and other team members.
