As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, as well as managing a team of payroll specialists.   1. Process and review employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Communicate with employees regarding any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
  3. Manage a team of payroll specialists, providing direction, guidance, and support.
  4. Ensure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information.
  8. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  10. Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
  11. Train and onboard new payroll team members.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any payroll issues or errors.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the payroll process.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Management

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Laws And Regulations

  • Experience With Payroll Software, Such As Adp Or Kronos, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
