  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families as they arrive at the hospital.
  2. Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately and efficiently.
  3. Explain hospital policies and procedures to patients and their families.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and their families.
  5. Schedule appointments and coordinate with other hospital departments.
  6. Collect and process payments for services rendered.
  7. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  9. Assist with patient registration and admission processes.
  10. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other hospital staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
  11. Address any concerns or issues raised by patients or their families.
  12. Keep detailed and organized records of patient information and interactions.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer service and patient satisfaction.
  14. Attend training sessions and stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.
