1. Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support the healthy development of youth in the state of Utah.
2. Collaborate with team members to identify and address the needs of youth in various communities.
3. Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in youth development.
4. Build relationships and partnerships with local organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to enhance the impact of our programs.
5. Plan and facilitate workshops, trainings, and events for youth and their families.
6. Provide guidance and support to youth in areas such as academic achievement, career exploration, and personal development.
7. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of our programs and make necessary improvements.
8. Develop and maintain resources and materials for youth and their families.
9. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to youth development.
10. Represent the Youth Development team at meetings, conferences, and other events.
11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and outcomes.
12. Stay informed of relevant laws, policies, and regulations pertaining to youth development.
13. Advocate for the needs and rights of youth and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
14. Communicate effectively with youth, families, and community members to promote our programs and services.
15. Uphold and promote the values and mission of the Youth Development team and the State of Utah.
