- Provide technical support for various state agencies by responding to and resolving user requests and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and desktops.
- Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative and efficient technology solutions.
- Monitor and maintain system security and data integrity.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
- Train and educate users on new technology and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to prevent downtime and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all state and departmental policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical documentation and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Assist with the procurement and inventory management of technology equipment and supplies.

Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role
