  1. Provide technical support for various state agencies by responding to and resolving user requests and issues in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and desktops.
  3. Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative and efficient technology solutions.
  5. Monitor and maintain system security and data integrity.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
  8. Train and educate users on new technology and procedures.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
  10. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to prevent downtime and improve efficiency.
  11. Adhere to all state and departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  13. Provide technical documentation and reports as needed.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
  16. Assist with the procurement and inventory management of technology equipment and supplies.
  17. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  18. Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
  19. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
  20. Represent the state and the IT department in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role
