  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met in a respectful and compassionate manner.
  4. Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided and client progress.
  6. Uphold the ethical and legal standards of the profession, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting client rights.
  7. Continuously assess and evaluate client needs, making adjustments to services as necessary.
  8. Stay updated on best practices and industry standards in order to provide the highest quality of care to clients.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to ensure a coordinated and effective plan of care.
  10. Attend trainings and meetings as required by the agency to stay informed on policies, procedures, and new developments in the field.
  11. Represent the agency and the clients in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  14. Adhere to agency policies and procedures, including reporting any incidents or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the quality of services provided to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Disability Services: A Qualified Ssp For The State Of Utah Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Disability Services, Including Laws, Regulations, And Resources Available In Utah County.

  • Experience In Support Services: Candidates For This Role Should Have Experience Working As A Support Service Provider Or In A Similar Role, Providing Assistance And Support To Individuals With Disabilities.
