- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive and confidential materials.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, sorting machines, and scales.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain a well-stocked and functional mailroom.
- Collaborate with other state offices and departments to coordinate outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with mail delivery or equipment malfunctions.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For This Position To Ensure Basic Educational Qualifications Are Met.
Knowledge Of Mail Services: Candidates Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Mailroom Operations, Including Sorting, Processing, And Distributing Mail In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
