  • Assist caseworkers in managing a caseload of children and families in need, ensuring that all necessary services and supports are provided
  • Conduct client interviews and assessments to gather information and determine appropriate services and resources
  • Maintain accurate and thorough case records, including documentation of all interactions and services provided
  • Work closely with caseworkers to develop and implement individualized care plans for children and families
  • Monitor and track progress of cases, providing regular updates to caseworkers and supervisors
  • Collaborate with community organizations and service providers to connect clients with necessary resources and support systems
  • Attend court hearings and meetings related to cases, providing information and support as needed
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced caseworkers, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on all child welfare policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to child welfare work.

Job Qualifications
