1. Oversee and coordinate various programs and initiatives in the Salt Lake region to ensure their successful implementation and execution.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other government agencies to collaborate on program goals and objectives.
3. Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and develop strategies to address them.
4. Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
5. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals and objectives are met.
6. Provide guidance and support to program staff and volunteers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
7. Communicate regularly with leadership and other team members to provide updates on program progress and any potential issues or challenges.
8. Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase program awareness and participation.
9. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to program management and ensure compliance.
10. Represent the organization at community events and meetings, building relationships and promoting the mission and goals of the program.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for program growth and improvement, identifying potential partnerships and funding sources.
12. Serve as a liaison between the State of Utah and the Salt Lake community, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
13. Uphold the values and mission of the organization and act as a positive role model for staff and program participants.
14. Maintain accurate and thorough records and reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
15. Other duties as assigned by leadership.
